It’s time for more mischief with Double Trouble. This week, Trouble Maker is reminding us to “make new friends, but keep the old (here’s a good place to let you know I’m the youngest of the three!) because one is silver and one is gold. She’d like us to include a metallic object on our project.
Since I found the Pot of Gold on the last challenge I decided it was time to get out of town. I chose the word ADVENTURE for my 2019 word of the year and as I type this I’m sitting in our new trailer in a campground, so I’d like you to show me what mode of transportation you enjoy while on vacation.
Double Dare hopped right on board and found the Brown Sugar Challenge #288 with a transportation theme to link to.

Although I love all forms of transportation to take me away…my favorite way to vacation is on a cruise ship (although I also get seasick). I couldn’t pass up playing with the new Cruisin’ to Adventure stamp set & thin cuts from Close to My Heart. This stamp set is sure to be a favorite of all parents (grandparents) of little boys from – from land, sea to air this set has you covered. I also used my Thin Cuts – Decorative Border to make some waves and finished off my card with a sprinkle of silver sequins.
I look forward to seeing your creation with Double Trouble so “cruise by to say hi before this challenge passes you by!”
Thanks for stopping by.
Your card inspired me to highlight my love of cruising, Tracey! Such a cute little ship on the big, big ocean! -Donna

Love your card and this stamp set. You are right – it is perfect for all those “boy” scrapbook pages. The scallop border makes a fabulous sea. Enjoy your camping adventures in your new trailer!
