Double Trouble – #52

There is no better way to start a Monday than with a little trouble – A Double Trouble Papercrafting Challenge that is…it’s a pretty good way to wrap up a Thursday of crafting too!

I’ve been missing in Double Trouble Land for quite some time…decided that I wanted to give up my seat on the DT and turn things over to my twin…I’m sure she’ll do a good job, I will hopefully find time along my journeys to play along.

The challenge this week is to include at least one spring item on your card, a twist of adding a bee and to link up with Bitten By the Bug. I grabbed a retired paper packet (I’m trying to bust my stash while I’m in Stay Healthy, Stay Home mode) and the multi-square die from Close to My Heart and the Share the Joy stamp set. I quickly colored all my images with the tri-blend markers and then layered on my banners. I decided to give things a light touch of clear Shimmer Pen, but it’s so hard to see in a picture.

Don’t forget to link up and join the fun…everyone needs a little Double Trouble in their life!

  1. What a cute card, love the windows with the little images and your sentiment flair. I’ll be using that die in one of our next challenges. Thanks for sharing with us. See you are cranking out your cards while in your stay healthy, stay home mode and glad to see you joined us here at Double Trouble. We miss you.

  2. Spring-y and sweet, Tracey! Such pretty papers, too. Those tiny images are just perfect for the die-cut windows. (I have that die and love it!) We miss you! Thank you for playing along with us at Double Trouble Challenge #52.
