Together is the Best Place to Be

This month’s stamp of the month seems to touch my heart with memories of my grandparents feeding the quail on their small farm in Eastern Washington.  It also reminds me of their togetherness – they were married for 65 years.

I was inspired by the card in the Annual Expressions and decided to give welding images a bit of a spin with my new Cricut Explore Air.

The Hello Lovely papers paired with Desert Sand, Fern and Sea Glass for an elegant look.  The sentiment was stamped in Versa Mark and then embossed with Gold Embossing powder.  I used a sentiment from the Cricut Flower Market collection to recognize an upcoming anniversary.

Don’t forget that the stamp of the month Flock Together is only available through the end of April so get your’s before they are gone.

A Sale to Die For

I’m sure you’ve heard by now that Close to My Heart’s amazing Thin Cuts are on sale during the month of March for 25% off.  You can find them all on my website here.

I loved this wreath the first time I opened the catalog.  When Close to My Heart released a Thin Cut that matched it increased my love.

I used the Hello Lovely papers for a soft look.  My card is on it’s way across country just because!

Sending You Smiles

The Hello Lovely papers are filled with delightful florals and geometric prints in Colonial White, Desert Sand, Fern, New England Ivy, Sea Glass, Sorbet, Whisper and White Daisy.

On this card I chose to use one of the floral papers as my focal point and just adding a simple sentiment from the Flower Market Cricut collection on a banner.  Card making can be as simple or advanced as you want it.  I find myself jumping all over the place with my card making these days, but still think the CAS (clean and simple) style tends to be one of my favorites.

Who would you send a smile to today?  Thanks for stopping by, I appreciate you sharing a little part of your day with me.

Hello Lovely Bunny

The Hello Lovely papers paired nicely with the February Stamp of the Month to make this quick card.  It’s a perfect card for Easter or a baby card as I just left the sentiment off to decide later.

You can easily color your bunny as you’ll see in other posts this month.  The Easter Bunny stamp set is only available during the month of February and is just $5 with a qualifying purchase, don’t forget to order yours!

Thanks for stopping by!
